EastWest responded very quickly when I contacted them about repairs, and came out to give an estimate the very next day. The technician worked to fix my sticky door, and seemed to have it fixed, but the next day, it started sticking again! But East West stood by their work, immediately sent several guys out to look it over, and it's working once more.

We were VERY pleased with the East West Glass Company and team. Outstanding service and great prices. This glass (and grid) replacement option verses full window replacement was a great option. They came out, measured our broken window and returned as soon as 1 day to rebuild the window. The broken glass replacement was fully completed well within 30 minutes! The company did not make a mess inside the house. It was awesome to see. And the quality of the replacement is fantastic. The repaired window looks identical to the original window. You would never know it was fully shattered. And the cost savings using this option was absolutely the smart choice. Same window, new glass, install process performed as soon as the next day, and not to mention the cost savings compared to a full window purchase and installation. The glass replacement technicians/specialist were very responsive and professional to work with and timely for our appointment.
